Dr Fa Chen is a Lecturer in Corporate and Commercial Law and Director of multiple dual-degree programs at King's College London's Dickson Poon School of Law. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has extensive legal practice experience as a judge, in-house counsel at Alibaba, and partner in a law firm. His research focuses on corporate finance, governance, securities regulation, and law and economics. Recent work examines dual-class share structures, investor protection mechanisms, and regulatory reforms in China and Hong Kong. He has published widely in journals like Legal Studies and Asia Pacific Law Review.
