Eva Singleton

Dr. Eva Singleton is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Leadership and Program Management (ELPM) at The Citadel's School of Engineering. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in project management and leadership. Her expertise spans strategic planning, entrepreneurship, and burnout reduction strategies. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), she has over a decade of experience in government contracting, manufacturing, healthcare, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Education includes a BBA from Strayer University, an MS in Project Management from The Citadel Graduate College, and organizational leadership certifications. Her research focuses on curriculum development in engineering education and mitigating entrepreneurial stress through project management tools. She actively contributes to the development of courses like control design for autonomous vehicles and quantitative methods for civil engineering students.
