Eva Sajovic

Eva Sajovic serves as Senior Lecturer in Graphic Design at Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London, where she bridges academic practice with socially engaged art. Her work critically examines space colonization through gentrification, poverty, human trafficking, and climate change, employing participatory methodologies to transform passive audiences into active social agents.

Recent artistic outputs reveal consistent thematic evolution toward climate emergency engagement, with textile media (knitting/weaving) serving as primary vehicles for participatory climate action. These works demonstrate methodological progression from documenting displacement (e.g., Elephant & Castle projects) toward active co-creation of climate resilience narratives, increasingly incorporating plant-based photosynthesis principles into technological frameworks.
