Eva Dimitriadis is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University's Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology and a Research Group Head at the Centre for Reproductive Health within the Hudson Institute of Medical Research.

Research Focus: Dr. Dimitriadis investigates infertility, endometrial-trophoblast interactions, and the microRNA regulation of implantation. Her work spans non-invasive biomarkers, targeted delivery systems, and pre-clinical trials for endometrial cancer and non-hormonal contraception that prevents pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
Scientific Outputs: Recent work focuses on miR-124-3p in endometrial receptivity, IL-11 in preeclampsia, and radiotherapy-induced uterine damage. These studies intersect reproductive immunology, placentation, and translational medicine.
