Estelle M. Morin is a Professor in the Department of Management at HEC Montréal. She holds additional titles including Research Associate Professor at the Chaire Sens et Travail de l’ICAM (Lille site), Associate Research Scientist at inpowr, and member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO). Her research focuses on job design, workplace mental health, organizational effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. She teaches courses like 'Organizational Behavior' and 'Emotional Intelligence at Work.'
Education: M.Ps. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Université de Montréal.
Research interests emphasize existentialist approaches to work meaning, mental health in organizations, and performance metrics. Recent publications explore employment relationships, adaptive professional practices, and collective intelligence.
