Céline Bareil is a Professor in the Department of Management at HEC Montréal, specializing in Organizational Transformation and Work & Organization Psychology. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Université de Montréal and an M.Ps. degree from the same institution.
