Eryk Anders is a Lecturer at Vistula University’s School of Philology and Journalism, specializing in English Philology. He teaches courses in Chinese language, culture, and history, as well as English literature.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Philology, Dalian University of Technology (China)
- Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Sichuan International Studies University (2020)
- Master’s degree in English Literature, University of Limerick (2022)
His research interests span Mandarin Philology, English literature, and cultural history of China, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region’s geopolitics. He also explores Zoroastrianism’s ancient Persian roots and its influence on Judeo-Christian values, alongside philosophical themes like dualism, Nietzscheanism, Stoicism, and Taoism.
Anders has been affiliated with Vistula University since March 2021 and qualified as an HSK (Human Language Skills Standard) test examiner in 2024. The university implements projects co-financed by the European Union.
