Dr. Erin Sullivan is an Associate Professor of Healthcare Administration at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. She holds a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin and specializes in scientific storytelling that contextualizes quantitative healthcare data through thematic analysis.
Her research focuses on three critical areas: burnout reduction in healthcare providers, lessons from COVID-19 impacts on healthcare delivery, and the role of physician leadership in optimizing healthcare systems.
