Erica Brady is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at Monash University, serving as Course Director for the Bachelor of Business Administration. Previously, she led the Department of Marketing’s Education Division for a decade, focusing on enhancing academic education practices and systemic processes. She has taught thousands of students across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, earning prestigious awards including the Dean’s Teaching Awards (2012, 2020), a Vice-Chancellor’s Citation (2013), and a PRME Education Excellence Commendation (2017).
Her research explores marketing in nonprofit organizations, sustainable development goals, and advertising ethics. Notable projects include a 2023 study on geographic variations in healthcare utilization among injured workers. Her work bridges marketing theory and practical applications, emphasizing market orientation, nonprofit resource frameworks, and consumer behavior analysis.
