Eric A. Zacks is an Associate Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School and serves as the Faculty Director of the LL.M. Program. His research focuses on modern contracting practices, behavioral/cognitive sciences in contract law, and challenges in mortgage foreclosure. He teaches courses including Contracts, Corporate Finance, and Transactional Law Competition, which he created in 2014. Zacks previously practiced corporate law at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
