Enza Pellecchia is a Full Professor of Private Law at the Department of Law, University of Pisa, and Vice-Rector for University Community Cohesion and the Right to Education. She earned her law degree with honors in 1987 and a PhD in private law in 1993 from the University of Pisa, studying under Lina Bigliazzi Geri. Her career spans roles as researcher, associate professor, and full professor, alongside practicing law in Milan.

- Institutional leadership: Director of CISP (2016-2022), national coordinator of RUNIPACE (since 2020), and member of the National Doctorate in Peace Studies board
Her research focuses on human rights (health, data protection), property regimes (private, collective, common goods), financial exclusion, over-indebtedness, and obligations law. She has authored two monographs and ~100 publications in top-tier journals.
Key third mission activities include organizing transdisciplinary events like 'Pisa, city for peace and human rights' (2005) and 'Food and conflicts' (2008), with associated book publications in the 'Scienze per la pace' series. She contributes to peace education through Labodif institute collaboration.
