Dr. Enis Elezi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at Westminster Business School, University of Westminster. He holds a PhD in Knowledge Management from the University of Bolton and has extensive experience in academic leadership, course design, and partnership development in Higher Education. His research focuses on Knowledge Management, Organisational Culture, and Collaborative Work within institutions, with particular emphasis on enhancing partnerships and educational strategies.
Education: PhD in Knowledge Management (University of Bolton), prior roles include senior lecturer positions at Teesside University and course leadership at the Organisational Learning Centre. He supervised three DBA students in Knowledge Management and related fields.
Research interests span Knowledge Management frameworks, Higher Education partnerships, and organisational dynamics. His work explores how knowledge sharing and cultural integration drive institutional resilience and innovation. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
Publications reflect a focus on institutional collaboration, risk management, and KM applications in education and industry. His recent work highlights trends in sustainable HEIs, agile institutional frameworks, and cross-cultural leadership in Africa.
