Andrew Chimenya

Dr. Andrew Chimenya is a Lecturer in Business and Management at the Institute of Management, University of Bolton. He holds a PhD from the Institute of Management (University of Bolton), an MSc in Human Resource Development from the University of Manchester, and an MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Bolton, alongside other advanced qualifications. His teaching spans all areas of Human Resource Management across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a member of The British Academy of Management and The Society for Education and Training (SET).

Professionally, Andrew serves as a Link-Tutor for undergraduate programs between the University of Bolton and the Institute of Development Management (IDM) in Botswana, as well as for a postgraduate program with New York College (NYC) in Athens, Greece. He is also part of the London School of Management Education Peer Review Group. His philosophy emphasizes excellence in all professional endeavors and collaboration across disciplines.
