Ena Bronstein Barton is an Adjunct Associate Professor and Department Head of Piano at the Westminster Conservatory of Music, part of Rider University. She also serves on the piano faculty of Westminster Choir College. Her career spans international performances across five continents, including soloist roles with orchestras in Jerusalem, Luxembourg, and Rome. Barton has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Distinguished Artists Piano Award and a Lincoln Center recital via the Martha Baird Rockefeller Grant. She has collaborated with renowned artists like Jaime Laredo and the Guarneri Quartet.
- Education: Studied under Claudio Arrau and Rafael de Silva in New York following a South American national competition win.
Her research interests focus on piano performance, pedagogical methodologies, and cross-cultural musical collaboration. Barton’s recent activities include a Claudio Arrau centennial celebration recital in New York. She maintains active roles in masterclasses and artist residencies, including at the University of Veracruz and Monterey Peninsula College.
