Dr. Hendry Wijaya is the Head of the Piano Department at Rider University’s Westminster Conservatory of Music in Princeton and Artistic Director of the Elly Lim Conservatory of Music in Jakarta. A renowned pianist and educator, he holds D.M.A., M.M., and B.M. degrees from the Manhattan School of Music. His career began with a 1996 Carnegie Hall debut and the Artists International Young Artist Piano Award. He has served as Past President of the New York State and New Jersey Music Teachers Associations, and frequently adjudicates international competitions like the Chopin International Piano Competition.
