Emma Speer is an Associate Tutor and PhD researcher in the School of Social Work at the University of East Anglia. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and teaches on qualifying programs within the school. Her roles include advising students and supporting foster carers in Local Authority Fostering & Adoption Services.
