Emma Nicol is a Lecturer in Information Behaviour at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Strathclyde. Her work bridges Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Information Science, focusing on vulnerable populations including children, older adults, and people with sensory impairments. She leads the EPSRC-funded project Cumulative Revelations in Personal Data and collaborates on SIPA2 improving pharmaceutical care for sensory-impaired individuals.
