Dr. Emma Dore-Horgan is a Researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Moral and Political Philosophy. She holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Oxford (graduated 2022). Her research focuses on neuroethical issues in criminal justice, including neurorehabilitation rights for offenders, moral responsibility, and the ethical implications of neurointerventions. She has received the Doctoral Researcher Award (2022) for her contributions to social sciences.
