Emily Stolzenberg is an Associate Professor of Law at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and the inaugural Reuschlein Emerging Scholar. Her research examines tensions between individual autonomy and legal obligations in family law and property contexts. She holds a JD from Yale Law School and an M.Phil. in Political Theory from the University of Oxford.
