Emily Ross

Dr Emily Ross serves as a Lecturer at the School of Education, The University of Queensland, where she holds key roles including Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning and Director of Primary Preservice Programs. Her career spans leadership positions at the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA), the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA), and the National Curriculum Board. She has significantly influenced Australian curriculum policy through her doctoral research on curriculum interpretation and implementation, which shaped government policy in Queensland and national curriculum communication strategies.
