Emily M. Zitek is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR). She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Statistics from Rice University (2003) and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Stanford University (2010), with additional training including an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford (2008). Her research focuses on psychological entitlement, hierarchies, social reactions to events, stereotyping, discrimination, and sports participation/performance.
