Emily F Dauria is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Behavioral and Community Health Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. She directs the Just Health Collaborative, a research initiative focused on ending health inequities among populations impacted by the criminal legal system, particularly in areas of substance use, sexual and reproductive health, and violence victimization. Her work integrates community-engaged methodologies and structural interventions.

Dr. Dauria's research examines social and structural drivers of health inequities in populations affected by policing, detention, and community supervision. She specializes in designing and evaluating programs to address substance use disorders, HIV transmission risks, and violence prevention. Her recent work includes postincarceration care models and digital health interventions for marginalized youth.
The Just Health Collaborative, led by Dr. Dauria, conducts federally funded research spanning carceral health services, community-based HIV prevention (including PrEP access), and structural determinants of health outcomes. Her scholarly contributions focus on implementation science and improving healthcare continuity for justice-involved populations.
