Dr. Emily Aurora Gadbois is an Assistant Professor of Health Services, Policy and Practice at Brown University's School of Public Health and a member of the Center for Gerontology and Healthcare Research. Her research focuses on older adults' experiences and health outcomes across care settings, particularly among individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. She examines interorganizational relationships and policies' impact on patient outcomes, often using rigorous qualitative methods.
Key affiliations include the Brown University School of Public Health, where she collaborates with experts like Joan Brazier, Renee Shield, and David Grabowski. Her work spans long-term care, Medicare policy, and social determinants of health.
