Emanuela Delbufalo is Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at the European University of Rome (Department of Economics) and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Centre, Cranfield School of Management (UK). Her work focuses on critical issues in supply chain theory and practice, including relational strategies, innovation, and information sharing in buyer-supplier relationships.
She earned a PhD in Business Management from the University of Rome 'Tor Vergata' in 2008 with a dissertation on 'Trust, Risk, and Performance in Supply Networks.' Her research has been published in leading journals such as Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Logistics Management, and Scandinavian Journal of Management.
As part of her role at Cranfield, she contributes to research projects on procurement and supply chain management. She is a regular speaker at international academic conferences, highlighting her influence in the field.
