Elly Konijn is a Full Professor in Media Psychology at the Department of Communication Science, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and holds the Fenna Diemer-Lindeboom Endowed Chair. She is the founder of the Media Psychology Amsterdam program and leads research at the Network Institute and the Communication Choices, Content and Consequences (CCCC) initiative.
