Ella Sheinfeld

Ella Sheinfeld is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Management, College of Business, Colorado State University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, social network dynamics, and workplace relationships, particularly examining how individuals maintain social preferences during network transitions and the impact on work outcomes.
