Elizabeth von Hauff

Professor Elizabeth von Hauff holds the Chair of Coating Technologies for Electronics at the Institute for Solid State Electronics (IFE), Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Technical University of Dresden, appointed on June 1, 2021. She concurrently serves as Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP in Dresden, leading dual institutional roles that bridge academic research and applied industrial development.
