Dr Elizabeth Woodcock is an Honorary Research Associate at Bangor University and a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham's Institute of Local Government Studies (INLOGOV). Her work focuses on cross-sector collaboration, particularly in Wales, aiming to enhance sustainable well-being through partnerships between public bodies and civil society. She holds a PhD in Cross-sector collaboration for Wales' national well-being and an MSc in Project Management.

She works with Local Nature Partnerships and Public Services Boards to co-create policy briefings and strengthen community partnerships. Recent projects include 'Wild Pathways' and 'Social Prescribing' initiatives to address systemic inequalities and enhance biodiversity.
Grants & Activities: She has led workshops on collaborative governance and biodiversity management, engaging with public health practitioners, local councils, and environmental groups. Her work bridges academic research and practical policy implementation, fostering transformative action in communities of practice.
Labs & Networks: Elizabeth is a founder member of the SPARC Network (Social Prescribing, Assets and Relationships in Communities) and collaborates with the Active Wellbeing Society in Birmingham.
