Elizabeth Stanley, DMA, is a Professor in the Visual & Performing Arts Division at Jessup University's School of the Humanities & the Arts. She holds a B.A. Music with Honors, M.A. in Vocal Performance, and D.M.A. from California State University, Hayward and Boston University, respectively. Her research focuses on applied voice teaching expertise, blending pedagogical innovation with performance practice.

Her performance career includes roles with the Oakland and Berkeley Opera Companies, True North Drama Company, and WJU Creative Arts Department productions like 'Little Women' and 'White Christmas'. She has adjudicated for NMEA and ACSI, directed ensembles at prestigious venues such as Mondavi Center for Performing Arts, and led choral groups in major performances including Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
Recent scholarly work emphasizes voice pedagogy, highlighted by her 2014 dissertation analyzing expert voice instruction methodologies. Awards include the East Bay Opera League Audition win.
Leadership spans choral direction, educational adjudication, and collaborative performances with institutions like the Auburn Symphony and Salvation Army.
