Dr. Elizabeth Hollander is a Professor in the Department of English at Lehman College, CUNY. She holds a Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate Center and a B.A. from Barnard College. Her research focuses on 19th-century British and American literature, writing and visual arts, narrative genres, artists' models, advanced composition, and maritime art.
