Elizabeth Forrest is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Chester's Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society. She teaches part-time on the Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies while maintaining her private practice, Forrest Talking Therapies.
Her research focuses on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy applications, clinical supervision methodologies, and mental health service delivery. With 11 years of experience as an NHS therapist, she brings practical clinical insights to her academic work.
