Professor Elizabeth Elliott is a Distinguished Professor in Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of Sydney and a Consultant Paediatrician at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (Westmead). She holds a Medical Research Futures Fund Next Generation Fellowship and leads national and international initiatives in fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), rare diseases, and Indigenous child health. She is Director of the Australian Paediatric Surveillance Unit (APSU) and chairs key national committees including the FASD Advisory Group and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians' Gender Equity in Medicine Committee.
