Elissa Arndt Rader, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is a Per Course Instructor in Graduate Education at the Herschend School of Education. She holds a doctorate in Reading and Language Arts from Florida State University and has extensive experience in language and literacy instruction for PreK–8 students in Massachusetts. Her career spans roles in research, curriculum development, and professional training in literacy education.

Her work bridges research and practice, emphasizing scalable, research-informed strategies for improving student literacy outcomes.
