Elisabetta Patrizi is a Tenured Professor (Level II) at the University of Macerata, affiliated with the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism Sciences. She holds a PhD in History of School Books and Children's Literature and has been actively involved in research, teaching, and international collaborations since 2006.

Research Interests focus on educational treatises from the early modern period, evolution of educational practices in Renaissance and Counter-Reformation Italy, cultural paradigms of pre-1800 Catholic elite, school book publishing, and teacher training. Her work bridges historical pedagogy with contemporary educational heritage preservation.
