Patrizia Magnoler is a Research Professor at the University of Macerata, specializing in educational sciences. She teaches General Didactics in the Master's program in Training and Educational Sciences (LM-19). Her research focuses on tutor roles in educational and industrial contexts, teacher professionalization through online and in-person tools, professional training in SMEs, and competency-based teaching.
- Research Collaborations: Coordinates the OPEEN REFORM international research group at the University of Macerata and collaborates with the Politecnico Calzaturiero SCARL.
