Elisabeth Hildt

Elisabeth Hildt is a Professor of Philosophy and Director of the Center for the Study of Ethics in the Professions at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). She holds a Habilitation and PhD from the University of Tübingen, with expertise spanning biochemistry and philosophy. Her research focuses on ethics in science and technology, including neuroethics, bioethics, and the societal impacts of AI. Prior roles include leadership at the University of Mainz and extensive experience in interdisciplinary ethics projects across Europe and Canada.
