Elias Sakellis

Dr. Elias Sakellis holds the position of Researcher at the Department of Physics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and the Institute of Materials Science of NCSR 'Demokritos'. His expertise spans nanomaterial synthesis and characterization.

Education: PhD in Physics from the University of Athens.

Research Interests: Focuses on nano-structured materials synthesis via E-beam PVD, chemical/electrochemical methods, and their applications in electronics/photonics. Utilizes advanced characterization techniques including SEM, TEM, EELS, PL spectroscopy, and dielectric relaxation analysis.

Teaching: Supervises undergraduate labs for Physics and Geological Departments, co-teaches in the 'Microsystems and Nanodevices' postgraduate program.
