Eleonora Alfinito is an Associate Professor at the University of Salento, affiliated with the Department of Mathematics and Physics 'Ennio De Giorgi'. Her research focuses on soft matter physics, including the topological and electrical properties of biomolecules, biosensors, and bacterial growth/communication strategies, alongside statistical physics of complex and critical systems.
