Rosaria Rinaldi is a Full Professor at the University of Salento, affiliated with the Department of Mathematics and Physics 'Ennio De Giorgi'. Her research focuses on experimental studies of novel materials for photonic, optoelectronic, and nanoelectronic devices, including III-V and II-VI semiconductor heterostructures, organic polymers, and biomolecular systems. She employs scanning probe microscopy and spectroscopy to analyze structural, electronic, and optical properties of materials.
