Dr. Eleni Zantidou is a Lecturer in Marketing and Programme Director of Undergraduate Studies at the Hull University Business School, University of Hull. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Leeds and teaches modules such as Disruptive Marketing Innovations and Digital Marketing & Social Media.
- BSc (First Class Honours) in Education from Aristotle University, Greece
- MSc (Distinction) in International Marketing Management from University of Leeds
- PhD in Marketing from University of Leeds
Her research focuses on business models, innovation strategies, international marketing, and strategic marketing management. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in global business contexts. Recent studies explore how business model innovations impact export performance and how buyer-induced stressors affect supplier flexibility.

- Presented at American Marketing Association and European Marketing Academy conferences
Recipient of the Tom Lupton Prize (2023) for best doctoral paper and nominated for Research Excellent Award (2023). Active as an ad-hoc reviewer for academic journals and serves as a PhD supervisor focusing on business model innovation and SME strategies.
Leadership roles include module leadership and Programme Director for BA (Hons) Marketing degrees. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and member of the Academy of Marketing.
