Dr. Eleni Caldwell is an Assistant Professor and Director of Elementary Education in the Department of Education at Wake Forest University. Previously, she served as a Visiting Clinical Professor at the same institution and as Magnet and Testing Coordinator at Moore Elementary School. Her academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education from High Point University, followed by teaching experience at The Arts Based School across multiple grade levels.
Dr. Caldwell’s research focuses on the intersection of arts-integrated curricula and educational outcomes for students with disabilities. She has contributed to literacy education through graduate work and currently teaches courses that bridge theory and practice in elementary education. Her professional interests include instructional coaching, educational equity, and the application of multiple intelligences theory in classroom settings.
