Jill Jones

Dr. Jill Jones is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Teacher Education and Learning Sciences at North Carolina State University's College of Education. She previously served as an elementary classroom teacher, literacy specialist, and literacy coach. Her research focuses on literacy instruction, reading interventions, and effective teaching strategies for diverse learners.

Education: Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (Literacy and Language Arts) from NC State University; M.Ed. in Reading from Meredith College; B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education from Roanoke College.
