Elena Liveris is a Visiting Professor at the University of San Francisco, specializing in Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis. With over fifteen years of experience as a litigator, she focuses on complex and class action litigation in state and federal courts, particularly representing employee and retiree participants in ERISA-related cases.
