Jeffrey Lewis

Jeffrey Lewis is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, with expertise in Civil Procedure and Litigation, Employment and Labor Law, and Employee Benefits Law. He is also a partner at Keller Rohrback L.L.P., specializing in ERISA and pension litigation on behalf of employees, retirees, and disabled individuals since 1975. Additionally, he serves as a Mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and privately.

Mr. Lewis has extensive experience in fiduciary standards, benefit entitlement, ERISA compliance, and complex labor law issues. He has litigated cases nationwide and advised fiduciaries, employers, and unions on employee benefit plans. His service includes chairing the Alameda-Contra Costa County Transit District Employees’ Retirement Plan and serving on the Retirees of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Health Care Trust committee.
