Elena Belousova

Elena Belousova is an Associate Professor at Macquarie University's School of Natural Sciences and Honorary Associate Professor affiliated with the ARC Centre of Excellence for Core to Crust Fluid Systems. Her research focuses on geochemical evolution, mineral exploration, and crustal dynamics, with particular expertise in zircon and isotope analysis. She has held prestigious fellowships, including the Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor's Innovation Fellowship.

Her research interests include TerraneChron® methodology development, U-Pb dating, and trace-element analysis of zircon and apatite.
