Professor Elena Baylis is an expert in post-conflict and transitional justice at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Her research explores intersections between domestic and international law, focusing on cultural repatriation, hybrid criminal courts, and U.S.-based human rights issues including national security, immigration, and police brutality.
