Eldré Beukes is a Senior Lecturer in Audiology at Anglia Ruskin University's Faculty of Science and Engineering. She is a clinical scientist in audiology and director of Audiological Specialist Care, with a focus on improving outcomes for individuals with hearing and vision impairments.

Her research interests span digital therapeutics, eHealth/telehealth for hearing care, tinnitus, hearing loss, and audio-vestibular difficulties, with a unique emphasis on dual sensory loss and healthcare accessibility.
She has authored over 75 peer-reviewed publications, including books on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Tinnitus and Evaluating and Conducting Research in Audiology. Her most recent work explores internet-based therapies, hearing aid accessibility, and the psychosocial impact of sensory impairments.
Notable awards include the Shapiro Prize (2017-2019), Hallpike Research Prize (2019), and Richard May Prize (2019). She is a Senior Fellow of the British Society of Audiology and an Associate Teaching Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
