Dr Elaine Douglas is an Associate Professor at the University of Stirling, where she serves as Research Programme Manager for the Social Behavioural and Design Programme. She collaborates with Research Director Professor Judith Phillips and partners like URKI and ESRC to advance the Healthy Ageing Challenge. As a lecturer in global ageing within the Faculty of Social Sciences, her work focuses on the Healthy Ageing in Scotland (HAGIS) study and global ageing research through g2aging.org.

- Social, cultural, and economic determinants of health and health behaviors
- Ageing across the lifecourse
