Professor Judith Phillips is a leading academic in Social and Environmental Gerontology at the University of Stirling. She served as Deputy Principal for Research (2016–2024) and Research Director for the UKRI Healthy Ageing Challenge (2020–2024). Her work has shaped UK gerontological research and policy, with a focus on dementia, healthy ageing, and social care. She has secured significant research grants, including
