Eileen Hebron serves as Artist in Residence in Dance and Coordinator of the Preparatory Department Dance Division at Palm Beach Atlantic University within the College of the Arts, Department of Dance. With over 20 years of service since joining in 2004, she is a certified Master Teacher in the ABT National Training Curriculum and integral to both undergraduate and preparatory dance education programs.

Specializing in classical ballet and dance pedagogy, Hebron focuses on Balanchine technique, technical precision, and professional career preparation. Her three-decade teaching career emphasizes versatility, grace, and artistic development through the ABT National Training Curriculum framework, preparing students for international performance careers and advanced training programs.

As an academic advisor, Hebron guides undergraduate and preparatory students toward successful careers, with many accepted into elite summer programs including Bolshoi, ABT, Joffrey, La Scala, and Alvin Ailey. Her students regularly perform for organizations such as American Ballet Theatre, Natural Movers, Project Dance, and the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, reflecting her impact on professional dance training.
